Between this location and the one on Menaul, you should ALWAYS choose this location! First of all, the interior is clean and has a local theme. Second, it has a Yelp 10% off check in off. The drive thru line and inside line both move a ton faster AND the food is usually right!
The staff at this location is much more adept and professional. It is a little hard to hear in the drive thru sometimes but they are so much better than the other store that it is easily forgivable! Plus they are right by Cliff's! Can't beat that!
This location also seems to have more menu options than the Menaul location. They had an entire section called Macs? It was new to us! They also had a much larger salad selection if salads are your thing! -

Ever feel you're an inconvenience, well this place will do that for you. We should have taken it as a sign when two customers left saying no one waited on them after 5 minutes.
We held the door open for an employee who also didn't acknowledge our existence or say thank you.
She went in and said "there's people at the front" then a very unfriendly person came out and stood at the register still no acknowledgement.
Finally when they acknowledged us the attitude they oozed was toxic and we decided to go to another location.
Maybe it was a bad day but no matter what you treat each customer with respect and kindness unless the customer is a jerk.
Not going back to this location. -

Placed an order online through Grubhub for pick up at this location. Received the proper notifications that my order had been received, was being prepared, and finally was ready. My wife and I went to the drive thru to pick up our order and we were told they couldn't find it. I eventually asked if we should go inside to talk in person about the order. Once inside, we were again told multiple times that they couldn't find our order. Finally after the cashier spoke to every other employee and left us waiting for about five minutes, they were able to find our order, but they hadn't even begun making our food yet. They said this was due to a large order that they had received, but we saw only about three bags of food sitting on the table.
Once we waited for a little over ten more minutes, our food was finally ready. We were given several half-hearted sounding apologies and nothing else for our trouble. Once we got our food home, we noticed there weren't pickles with our sandwiches (which I don't know if they put those with the to go orders, but the receipt indicated they should have) and the tomato on my wife's sandwich was a sad excuse for a tomato slice.
I reached out to Grubhub to ask why I would have gotten the notifications that my food was ready if it wasn't. I was told that the restaurant would have needed to confirm this before the notification was sent to me. A horrible experience all around. Honestly won't be coming back here. There are several other sandwich places nearby that won't make us wait over an hour total for our food. -

Slow slow slow. I waited 25 minutes at the drive thru today. They should provide lounge chairs, air conditioning and refreshments for drive thru customers.
Food tasted fine but not for a 25 minute wait. I missed half the time I had with a friend because it was wasted in the drive thru line.
Need something quick? Go somewhere else. -

I'd have chosen zero stars if I could. This used to be a frequent lunch stop, I do like the food. But I have walked out both of my last visits in the last 3 months, after being completely ignored at the order counter by staff for several minutes each time. No effort made whatsoever to acknowledge my presence, or the delay. Just repeatedly walked past me, back and forth, without a glance in my direction. Truly, the worst service I've ever experienced.
